At Road-Fix we take extra care to minimise our impact on the environment through our operations by reducing wastage of materials sent to landfill, and by using recycled products where possible. We employ working practices that demonstrate environmental savings with the reduction of our carbon footprint during works carried out.
We have in-depth policies in place for the protection of our workers to ensure the highest of standards are maintained for the Health & Safety of our employees. Our managers are directly responsible for the health and safety of our employees, and we have put in place a series of systems, to provide training and workshops to managers and employees, to ensure they are prescribing the policies of Road-Fix in their daily activities by working within safe environments.
Health and Safety is an integral key requirement in all works undertaken, and we provide frequent training to employees and managers, as well as putting in place a series of procedures for all staff to follow to ensure a safe working practice, and ensuring channels are available for all employees to report any Health and Safety concerns.
A healthy and safe work environment ensures a higher quality of work, reduces costs and improves employees working conditions, creating a positive and more productive work force.
